In exchange for wearing jeans on Fridays in November and December, Lottery employees donated food items for a local charity. In total, 480 pounds of non-perishable food was donated to the Samaritan Center in Jefferson City. Even though we got the benefit of dressing down on Fridays, it made us happy to be able to help the less fortunate in these difficult times.

The holidays will be here before you know it - there are only two weeks left to cross those items off your list. It's time to remind you that we have Lottery merchandise and lots of games that would make great gifts for the Lottery players in your family, but we also want to remind you that you must be 18 to play the Lottery in Missouri. That said, Scratchers do make great gifts for adults. We have a variety of holiday-themed games that are available almost anytime at thousands of retail locations across the state, and an online store where you can buy Lottery merchandise. With time running out, make your holiday shopping easy with help from the Missouri Lottery.
State offices, including the Missouri Lottery, will be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of the holiday. We will resume regular business hours on Monday. In the meantime, you can find tickets at one of several thousand Missouri Lottery retail locations across the state.
