That’s what recent Lottery trip winner Diana Johnson had to say about her vacation to Las Vegas. She ranked the vacation a five out of five – and then amended that answer to 10. Diana won an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas on the Missouri Lottery’s “Caesars “ Scratchers ticket. She and her husband, Dale, took the trip the day following their anniversary – Friday the 13th – but the vacation was the opposite of unlucky.
“Don’t think we have laughed harder since we’ve been married 11 years,” she wrote. “This was the coolest trip! Much needed!”
Dale and Diana got four days and three nights at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, including airfare and $1,000 in spending cash. They used some of those winnings to line up activities in advance, like a tour of Hoover Dam and tickets to a Ron White show. This picture is from inside Hoover Dam, where the generators are located.
The trip got better right away, as Diana hit two slot machine jackpots of $1,000. She used that money to pay for an expensive dinner Joe’s Seafood Restaurant at Caesars Palace, to load up on souvenirs and to gamble in every casino on the strip.
The trip was extra special because Diana is self-employed and Dale just finished school.
“We work so much, we never take time for ourselves,” she explained. “It was the most fun we’ve had in a LONG time. I don’t think I stopped smiling once!”
That’s exactly what we were hoping to hear, Diana. We’re so glad you enjoyed the trip.
If you would enjoy a vacation like this, pick up a Missouri Lottery “Caesars” Scratchers ticket. You could win up to $100,000 instantly, or an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas. Good luck.
