It's back! It's that time of year again. Time to dress up like goblins and ghouls - or nurses and bumble-bees - whatever. Be sure to take some pictures and then enter them into the 2011 Molotteryblog.com Halloween Costume Contest. Just send your photo (with name, address and permission to use it) to Captain Lotto. We'll display all of the entries in a flickr photo album along the sidebar, and the best submissions each day may even be shared on Facebook.
Enter between Oct. 24 and 5 p.m. on Nov. 7. Captain Lotto and a band of merry men will whittle down the competition, and then YOU will get the chance to pick the winner.
Keep it clean, but creativity will help you stand out. Read over the official rules posted below.
Get to work taking and sending those photos. The best photo will win $200 in Scratchers tickets, and four runners-up will get $50 in Scratchers tickets. There are other prizes, such as Lottery T-shirts and free music downloads, that could also come your way.
