Have you made it to the Missouri State Fair? The fair runs through Sunday afternoon, and the Missouri Lottery has been there the whole time. Producer Frank Finley recently visited Sedalia and filed this report.

The other day, we linked to a happy story in the Reader about someone in Georgia who donated winning Lottery tickets to their church. It reminded us that we've had a couple of these types of donations. The first was to an animal shelter (video here) and the second was a donation to the Welcome House in Kansas City. (video here)
There were two big Club Keno winners last night. A player who bought a Keno To Go ticket at QuikTrip, 11101 E. 40 Highway in Independence, matched nine spots on a 10-Spot ticket to win $5,000. Another player matched all seven spots on a 7-Spot ticket. That ticket was sold at Pappy's in St. Joseph and brought the winner a $5,604 prize.
You can play Keno anytime. Just ask any Lottery retailer for a Keno To Go ticket. You can play Keno at our booth at the state fair as well.
There were several big winners in last night's Powerball drawing. A winning jackpot ticket was sold in Minnesota. Some lucky duck will collect the $228.9 million jackpot. Missourians won big, too, including the only $1 million Power Play winner. One player matched all five white-ball numbers and added Power Play to collect a $1 million prize. That winning ticket was sold at Jesse's Last Stop in St. Joseph. It pays to add Power Play.
Two other Missourians matched all five white-ball numbers to win $200,000. Winning tickets were sold at the following locations:
QuikTrip, 628 N.W. Englewood Road, in Kansas City
Schnucks Market, 13987 New Halls Ferry, in Florissant
Three other players matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000. Those winning tickets were sold in the following locations:
U-Gas Sunset Hills on Watson Road in St. Louis
Fast Lane in Winfield
Petro Mart, 105 Highway AT, in St. Louis
Saturday's jackpot resets to $20 million. That's still a lot of money, and don't forget Power Play. You can win big without hitting the jackpot!
The Missouri Lottery is going to be located in a new place this year at the State Fair. We’re joining Mizzou in the Mo-Ag Building, which is air-conditioned! In addition, we’ll be selling tickets every day during the fair. Come by, cool down and enjoy your favorite Lottery games, including Club Keno. We’ll have a special booth where you can get your picture taken with a big check. There will be promotions Thursday through Sunday each week, and you can enter non-winning tickets purchased at the fair into a second-chance drawing for a pair of Kawasaki Jet Skis with a trailer or a $500 Visa gift card.
There’s plenty to see and do at the State Fair, plus you can win big with the Missouri Lottery. This year’s fair runs from Aug. 11 – 21.
For one Missourian, it paid to stay in the game after the Mega Millions jackpot was hit. One player matched four white-ball numbers and the Megaball last night to win $10,000. The winning ticket was sold at QuikTrip, 8000 Watson Road, in St. Louis.

Which one most appeals to you? Maybe you're holding out for the St. Louis Blues? Tell me what you think, and if your team isn't on the list, add it in the comments below.
The Mega Millions jackpot was hit in Ohio, but there was one player in Missouri who also took home big money. One player matched all five white-ball numbers to win $250,000. The winning ticket was sold at Jasper's Smoke Shop in Perryville.
Club Keno also produced some big winners last weekend. A winning 7-Spot ticket was sold at The Getaway-N in Blue Springs. Another winning 7-Spot ticket was sold at Snak-Atak on Scenic Dr. in Springfield. Two winning 10-Spot tickets, worth $25,000 each, were sold at Judge's Pizza in Kansas City. Being that they were sold for the same draw, it's possible that one person holds both winning tickets. Prizes and winning locations are as follows:
$16,381 - 7-Spot at The Getaway-N, Blue Springs
$5,515 - 7-Spot at Snak-Atak, Springfield
$25,000 - 10-Spot at Judge's Pizza, Kansas City (2 prizes)
The two tickets sold in Kansas City matched nine out of 10 spots, and notice that the Springfield winner won on a Keno To Go ticket. Give Keno a try anywhere, anytime. Just ask your favorite Missouri Lottery retailer for a Keno To Go ticket.
The Mega Millions jackpot resets to $12 million, but Powerball is still climbing. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot is $220 million!
