There was one big winner last night's drawing, and all the jackpots rolled. One ticket matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000. The winning ticket was sold at Bings Thriftway in Sedalia. The question is, "Was it a local or someone attending the State Fair?" We shall see...
