The second entry deadline for the "Ticket To Ride" second-chance promotion is 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 27. You must have your $10 worth of eligible non-winning Scratchers tickets delivered to the Lottery or entered online by that time to be in the running for a Cadillac® CTS® Sedan. Players can also win one of 20 electronics packages for their cars or $300 worth of Missouri Lottery Scratchers tickets.
After this drawing is complete, only one remains. The final entry deadline is Aug. 24. The third drawing features a grand prize of a 2010 Chevrolet® Corvette® Coupe Grand Sport. For more details about the "Ticket To Ride" promotion, click here.
There were no jackpot winners in Mega Millions or Powerball, although one player in another state did win $500,000 with the Megaplier® and another won $1 million with Power Play.
In Missouri, there were a number of smaller prizes awarded. There were three tickets sold that matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:
QuikTrip, 801 S.E. Highway 291, in Lee's Summit
Rivers Edge in West Alton
Phillips 66, 12188 Bellefontaine Road, in St. Louis
There was a big Club Keno winning ticket sold on Friday. A player at the VFW in Columbia won more than $10,000 on a 7-spot ticket.
And there were two winning tickets sold for last night's Show Me Cash jackpot. Both tickets were sold at the same location. Each ticket matching all five Show Me Cash numbers sold at Autobahn in Platte Woods will collect half of the $93,506 jackpot.
The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday is $24 million, and Wednesday's Powerball jackpot is $67 million. Good luck.
Less than one week to go before the second entry deadline in the "Ticket to Ride" second-chance promotion. There were more than 87,000 entries for drawing #1. An entry consists of $10 worth of eligible non-winning Scratchers tickets.
The grand prize for drawing #2 is a 2010 Cadillac® CTS® Sedan, plus $500! You must have your entry delivered to the Lottery or entered online by 5 p.m. on July 27 to be in the running.
Because it's always interesting to see, I've plotted the cities of the winners from drawing #1 on the Google map below. As you can see, winners come from every part of the state.
In this first edition of "Ask the Lottery," we answer the question, "Where are the Missouri Lottery offices located?" If you have a question you would like to see answered, just pose it in the comments below.
I knew you players wouldn't leave the huge Show Me Cash jackpot out there for long. There was one ticket matching all five Show Me Cash winning numbers last night to win the $324,109 jackpot. If you buy tickets at Abel's Quik Shop in Monroe City, check them closely.
There was also a big winner in Club Keno last night. A 7-spot ticket sold at the Eagles Club in Raymore won $16,532. Remember, Keno To Go is now available at all Missouri Lottery retail locations with Numbers Games.
