Meet a winner

Dan and Kathy Balmer won the largest Show Me Cash jackpot in the history of the game - more than $506,000 - on Sept. 26.  It's since been eclipsed by an even larger jackpot, but it's still a remarkable prize.  Dan is a financial adviser, and he has a little different perspective on how you should handle a big windfall.  While the Lottery doesn't endorse any products or services, he did offer to talk with winners and give suggestions about what to look for when soliciting financial advice.  You can find him here.  Dan and Kathy were gracious enough to sit down with one of our media producers and tell us about their win.
