I hope you had a fantastic holiday weekend. A couple of Missouri Lottery players sure did. The Missouri Lottery sold one ticket to match all five Show Me Cash numbers on Thursday, becoming our 46th jackpot winner. The winning ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at Phillips 66 on Dunn Road in St. Louis.
A player who shops at Schnucks on Manchester Road in Ballwin matched five white-ball numbers in Powerball to win $200,000. Don't forget, by simply adding the Power Play option to your ticket, you can multiply your winnings. Players who match five numbers with Power Play automatically win $1 million. A player from South Carolina was the only winner to earn that distinction last weekend.
The Powerball jackpot for July 8 is $30 million, and don't forget Lotto. The Missouri Lottery Lotto game features much better odds of winning and has grown to a $2 million jackpot for Wednesday.
