Srithawai(April) bunch

My name is Srithawai(April) Bunch .I bought several of scatch of tickets,I won $11.00 ,I went to the convenince store on 3525 e. newman rd to claim the wining money. I handed her 3 and she printed the ticket showed me $11.00 ,the last was cross word ,I do not know how to play so I scatch the entile game, every letters turn white, not one letter at a time. I handed to her .She did not print to show me like the 3 which i won ,instead she said I won $6.00 .I was quite happy I got a little money back.
This sunday I watched DATELINE which showed how the retailer stole the winning ticket from the customer, it could be my winning ticket which could be won more than $6.00 she did not print the in the paper to show me. I have proof only my ticket had been scatch off the whole entire board game.I could not do mach anything to proved more than that.
thanks for my openion

Sirthawai - It's important to know what you're handing to a clerk to protect yourself from fraud. We suggest signing the back of your tickets, but a winning ticket is a bearer's instrument. If you ever have a question about if you won, you can always send it to the Lottery directly. Here's our contact information.
