Fourth of July is still a few weeks off, but the word is all of our holiday-themed Scratchers have been distributed. The $2 game, "Star Spangled Doubler," reportedly has two of the $20,000 top prizes remaining, as well as several second prizes of $1,000. All of the tickets are in the stores - it's up to you to find the winners.
