Powerball!

And just like that, the new Powerball created another millionaire in Missouri! No one hit the jackpot Saturday, but one player in Missouri did match all five white-ball numbers to win $1 million. The winning ticket was sold at Apple Market, 11401 E. 63rd St., in Raytown. If you shop there, check your tickets closely. You could be a millionaire!

All of the jackpots rolled. The next Powerball jackpot is $170 million! Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot is $15 million, Wednesday's Lotto jackpot is $2.8 million, and tonight's Show Me Cash jackpot is $109,000! Got your ticket?

$3,000,000 Taxes Paid

The Missouri Lottery has a number of exciting games to play, but none of them offer a top prize like our $20 games. The newest $20 game is "$3,000,000 Taxes Paid." Not only do you have 20 chances to win on this ticket, you could win up to $3 million taxes-paid or even a second prize of $500,000 taxes-paid.

There are still large prizes available on other $20 games as well. Check out "$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza," which still offers three top prizes of $5 million, and "$200,000 A Year For LIfe," which will pay out yearly for as long as you live. Ask your favorite Missouri Lottery retailer what $20 games they have available.

Powerball Bonus Raffle

If you played Powerball in the last two weeks, you got a Bonus Raffle ticket for the "Go Anywhere Getaway" promotion. That ticket is an entry into a weekly drawing for a trip for two to anywhere in the world. The Missouri Lottery is rewarding players for trying the new Powerball game by giving away something reminiscent of winning a Powerball jackpot - the freedom to go wherever you want.

Between now and Feb. 11, we'll draw one grand-prize winner each week for a trip for two to anywhere in the world. We're currently looking for the winner from the first drawing. We'll also select five players to win a travel prize package, and 100 winners of $100.

Just buy a $2 or greater Powerball ticket for the current draw and you'll get a Bonus Raffle ticket for the next drawing. We'll announce the winners on Molottery.com, and you can scan your Bonus Raffle ticket on a Check-A-Ticket machine following the drawing.

Where it's at

The Powerball jackpot rolled again, but three players in other states won $1 million. In Missouri, two players matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000. Those winning tickets were sold in the following locations:

• SO Broadway Phillips 66 in St. Louis
• Casey's General Store in Scott City

Saturday's jackpot climbs to $146 million. Don't forget to add Power Play to win even larger prizes.

Show Me Cash produced the big winner of the night. One ticket matching all five winning numbers was sold at Kum & Go, 402 Massey Blvd., in Nixa. The lucky player will collect the $65,000 jackpot. It's the 180th jackpot winner in the game, and the fifth in a little more than a week. Tonight's jackpot is $50,000. Got your ticket?

The Money Truck

Have you seen the Money Truck? A special Powerball-branded truck is touring the state with a display of $40 million in cash - the new starting jackpot in Powerball. Where it's at

Most of the jackpots rolled last weekend. Two players split Saturday's $97,000 Show Me Cash jackpot, and a player in Arizona won $1 million by matching five white-ball numbers in Powerball. Several players won big playing in Missouri.

The two winning tickets that matched all five winning Show Me Cash numbers were sold in the following locations:

• Butcher's Inn in Raymore
• Huck's Food Store in Poplar Bluff

Each will take home half of Saturday's $97,000 jackpot, or $48,500. Tonight's jackpot stands at $55,000.

One player matched four white-ball numbers and the Megaball to win $10,000. That winning ticket was sold at Schnucks Market, 10070 Gravois Road, in St. Louis. The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday is $71 million.

Two players matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000.Winning tickets were sold in the following locations:

• Schnucks Market, 1589 Sierra Vista Plaza, in St. Louis
• Presto C-Store, 909 N.W. Chipman, in Lee's Summit

Silver Anniversary

Today is the Missouri Lottery's 26th anniversary. We selected the final set of monthly winners in the "Silver Anniversary" promotion yesterday. The winners list if posted here.

There were more than 34,000 entries for the final drawing. The final 25 winners have been added to the map.

One of these 300 winners will become a millionaire in today's grand-prize drawing. Congratulations to all of the winners in our anniversary promotion!

Go Anywhere Getaway

New Powerball is here, and to celebrate, the Missouri Lottery is offering a special promotion for players who try the new game. Between now and Feb. 11, every $2 or greater single-ticket purchase of a Powerball ticket for the current drawing will produce a Bonus Raffle ticket for the "Go Anywhere Getaway" promotion. In four weekly drawings during the promotion, we'll select winners from the Bonus Raffle tickets issued that week.

Building on the idea that winning a $40 million Powerball jackpot would allow you the opportunity to do anything you want, we're awarding four trips to anywhere in the world. That's right - each week, we'll select a winner who will get to plan a trip to anywhere in the world (that's safe to travel, of course.) That's not all. Each week, we'll also award five prizes of a travel prize package - including an iPad, camera and luggage - and 100 players will win $100 in cash.

There's nothing for you to do - unless you win. Just buy a Powerball ticket and hold on to those Bonus Raffle tickets. We'll post the winners each week on Molottery.com, and you can scan your Bonus Raffle tickets on a Check-A-Ticket machine following the drawings to see if you won. Second-prize winners can collect their $100 prizes at retail, and all other winners must present a Bonus Raffle ticket to the Lottery to claim.

Powerball!

Last night was the first drawing for the new Powerball and no one hit the jackpot. A player in New Mexico won $1 million for matching all five white-ball numbers. Four players in Missouri matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000. Winning tickets were sold in the following locations:

• Fastrip, 650 W. Kearney, in Springfield
• Pilot Travel Center in Hayti
• Bill's Market & Meats on Bellefontaine in St. Louis
• Hy-Vee Gas, 7121 N. Prospect, in Gladstone

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday jumped to $100 million. All of the jackpots rolled, setting up a big weekend. Tonight's Show Me Cash jackpot is $66,000, Friday's Mega Millions jackpot is $60 million and Saturday's Lotto jackpot is $2.5 million. Got your ticket?

Show Me Cash

Two players matched all five winning Show Me Cash numbers last night. One on each side of the state, the two players will split the $250,000 jackpot, each taking home $125,000. Winning tickets were sold in the following locations:

• B S Sports Bar & Grill in St. Ann
• Circle K, 10245 State Line Road, in Kansas City

A Club Keno player also won big last night. A winning 7-Spot ticket was sold at Loco's Grill & Pub in St. Charles. The lucky player will collect a $14,270 prize.

You've got another chance to win big tonight. The Show Me Cash jackpot reset to $50,000. Lotto is up to $2.4 million, and the first Powerball jackpot under the new rules is $80 million! Good luck!

The Money Truck

New Powerball is here! Changes to the game went into effect Sunday. You'll now pay $2 a play for the chance to win bigger, faster growing jackpots. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot already stands at $80 million.

The new starting jackpot is $40 million. Have you ever wondered what $40 million in cash looks like? Keep an eye out for our Money Truck making the rounds in Kansas City and St. Louis during the next two weeks. Click here to see a schedule of where it will be.

Where it's at

Powerball changes took effect Sunday, but not before one more Missourian won big under the old matrix. One player matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball Saturday to win $10,000. The winning ticket was sold at QuikTrip, 1201 N. Highway 7, in Blue Springs.

All of the jackpots rolled. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot is now $80 million, and a new promotion began yesterday. You'll get a bonus raffle ticket for every Powerball ticket you purchase for the chance to win a trip to anywhere in the world.

Those weren't the only winners, however. Someone enjoying all of the sports on TV got a big bump from Club Keno. A player at the Trouser Mouse Bar & Grill in Blue Springs hit big on an 8-Spot ticket with Bulls-Eye. The lucky patron won $64,023!

The action continues tonight. The Mega Millions jackpot is $50 million, and tonight's Show Me Cash jackpot is $250,000. Got your ticket?

MLK day

Today we celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. State offices, including the Missouri Lottery, will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday.

New Powerball is here!

The next time you go to buy Powerball tickets, you'll notice a change. Tickets now cost $2, and you get a lot of extra bang for your buck. Jackpots will start at $40 million and grow quicker. The chances of winning a jackpot are better, and players who match all five white-ball numbers will win $1 million. Power Play is still an extra $1, and players who match five white-ball numbers with Power Play will win $2 million.

This means more millionaires in Missouri. The change went into effect today. Multi-draw purchases have been re-instated, and tickets are now on sale for Wednesday's jackpot under the new matrix and prize structure. Good luck!

Deadlines loom

Two second-chance promotions have final entry deadlines on Tuesday, Jan. 17. You must have your tickets entered online through your My Lottery account or delivered to the Lottery by 5 p.m. to be eligible.

Enter your non-winning "St. Louis Blues" Scratchers into the "You Scratch, You Score!" promotion for the chance to win tickets to hockey games and more. Enter non-winning "Missouri Lottery's Silver Anniversary" tickets into the "Silver Anniversary" promotion for the chance to win $1,000 and advance to the grand-prize drawing for $1 million. That drawing will take place on the Lottery's 26th anniversary, Jan. 20.

Last chance!

The Lottery is approaching the end of its 25th anniversary. That means now is your last chance to enter the "Silver Anniversary" promotion. There are still big prizes available on the "Silver Anniversary" ticket, and only one drawing remains before the grand-prize drawing on Jan. 20. 

Enter non-winning "Silver Anniversary" tickets through your My Lottery account by 5 p.m. on Jan. 17 to be eligible to win $1,000. Of course, each of the monthly winners will go into the drawing for the grand prize - $1 million!

The St. Louis Blues have been playing pretty good hockey lately. They had a four game win streak going until last night. They earned a point by going to overtime but were a player and a stick short during the extra frame and took the loss.

It's been fun watching the Blues play. There are still prizes available on the "St. Louis Blues" Scratchers ticket, which is available for sale in the Scottrade Center. Better yet, enter non-winning "St. Louis Blues" tickets into the "You Scratch, You Score!" second-chance promotion for the chance to win tickets to hockey games, merchandise and more.
